01 — Legal Notice (Mentions légales)

This website (BC Extensions by WALYCONSEIL) is a product catalog publishing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions developed and distributed by WALYCONSEIL. All extensions are commercial software subject to the terms described in Section 2 (EULA).

All extensions, source code, documentation, logos, and visual designs published on this website are the exclusive property of WALYCONSEIL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. WALYCONSEIL is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Microsoft Corporation, except through the Microsoft Partner Network.

All Business Central objects published by WALYCONSEIL are assigned within the reserved range 73440701 – 73440731, allocated by Microsoft to WALYCONSEIL through the AppSource registration process.

02 — End User License Agreement (EULA)

WALYCONSEIL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased BC Extension solely within your licensed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, for your internal business purposes.

• Install the extension in your own Business Central tenant(s) covered by a valid license.
• Use the extension for your internal business operations.
• Create backup copies solely for archival purposes.

• No redistribution — You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the extension or your license rights to any third party.
• No reverse engineering — You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the extension.
• No modification — You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the extension without prior written consent from WALYCONSEIL.
• No resale — You may not use the extension to provide competing software or services to third parties.

Licenses are sold on a per-tenant or per-environment basis as specified at the time of purchase. A license is valid only for the Business Central environment(s) explicitly covered by the purchase agreement.

Active license holders receive updates and bug fixes during the subscription period. WALYCONSEIL reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any extension at any time, with reasonable notice to active licensees.

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WALYCONSEIL does not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WALYCONSEIL disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall WALYCONSEIL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the extension, even if WALYCONSEIL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. WALYCONSEIL's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license during the 12 months preceding the claim.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the extension and delete all copies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

Extensions distributed through Microsoft AppSource are additionally subject to the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace Terms of Use and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

03 — Privacy Policy

When you interact with this website or contact us, we may collect the following information:

• Contact information — name, email address, company name, when you submit an inquiry.
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type (via standard web server logs). This website does not use tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting.
• License information — information necessary to validate and manage your extension license.

BC Extensions do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside your Business Central environment. All data processed by the extensions (vendor thresholds, purchase orders, item classifications) resides exclusively within your own Business Central tenant and is never sent to WALYCONSEIL's servers.

• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To manage and validate your extension license.
• To send you important product updates (opt-out available at any time).
• To comply with legal obligations.

WALYCONSEIL does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or legal process.
• To Microsoft, solely in the context of AppSource distribution and compliance.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Standard session cookies may be used for basic website functionality only.

Contact and license data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 3 years thereafter, in compliance with applicable regulations.

04 — Data Processing & GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to portability — You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

As described in Section 3.2, BC Extensions process data exclusively within your Business Central tenant. As the Business Central administrator, your organization acts as the data controller for all data within your tenant. WALYCONSEIL does not act as a data processor for tenant data.
